My background

My background

I am a licensed MFT and have been working with children, parents, & individuals for 15+ years as a behaviorist, psychotherapist, and parent educator. I am trained in CBT, EMDR, attachment focused couples counseling, among other modalities that I use to affect positive change.

I work collaboratively with individuals and families to increase communication and decrease challenging symptoms. My practice is influenced by extensive training in trauma informed therapy and a deep understanding of the affects of domestic and child abuse on relationship dynamics.
